The Technology Student Association is a national, non-profit career and technical student organization for middle and high school students engaged in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Chartered in 1978, TSA today reaches more than 300,000 student members in over 2,700 schools across 48 states.
Members build technical and leadership skills through competitions, hands-on activities, community service, and conferences — living out the TSA motto, "Learning to Lead in a Technical World."
TSA offers more than 75 competitive events spanning categories like Architecture & Construction, Communications, Computer Science & IT, Engineering, Manufacturing & Transportation, Leadership, and STEM & the Arts — so there's a place for every interest.

TSA's mission is to enhance personal development, leadership, and career opportunities in STEM, where members apply and integrate these concepts through competitions, intracurricular activities, and related programs.
Members prepare for and compete in regional, state, and national TSA events across dozens of STEM disciplines.
Officer roles, committees, and service projects give members real leadership experience and a voice in the chapter.
From hands-on engineering to software and design, members turn ideas into real projects and portfolios.
